EL LLORENÇ RED VERMOUTH by Santi Taura
El Llorenç is a handcrafted red vermouth from Mallorca, made with Prensal Blanc grapes and 14 botanicals macerated for 40 days in oak barrels. It contains no added sugars or artificial additives: acidity is adjusted solely with the grape’s own must, resulting in a natural, fresh, and elegant vermouth.
It stands out for its complex aromas, notes of red fruits (thanks to hibiscus and red tea), and a distinct bitter orange profile from Sóller orange peels.
Its name pays tribute to the El Llorenç hotel, located in Parc de la Mar in Palma, and its label echoes the hotel’s signature Moorish-inspired design. Perfect as an aperitif all year round.
A white version, “El Vicenç”, also exists, linked to the namesake hotel located in Cala Sant Vicenç (Pollença).
