Fourth edition of the “Ephemeral Liquid Collection” VINS-DINS, a project whose main goal is to create wines with some of the finest representatives of the Balearic wine scene and to showcase the island’s potential. These wines reflect the work of outstanding producers. Unique editions that won’t be repeated — they capture a single vintage, a winemaker, and a distinctly personal style.

This edition, made by Bodegas Ribas in collaboration with DINS Santi Taura team, stands out for the strongly Mediterranean character of the Mantonegro variety. It offers an intense yet fluid entry, aiming for concentration and varietal typicity without giving up freshness. These traits are primarily influenced by soil, as Mantonegro is a variety particularly sensitive to where it’s planted.

The wine comes from 3 plots, all located on the Ca’n Ribas estate. The soils are shallow, with a sandy-loam texture and about 80% fine gravel content.

Old bush vines planted in the 1950s and 1970s: They account for 80% of the grapes.
Grape variety: 100% Mantonegro (average yield: 750 g/plant)

Type of barrels: 500 l French oak from different years, finally unified in a second-use barrel
