El Vicenç is a handcrafted white vermouth from Mallorca, made with Prensal Blanc grapes and 14 botanicals macerated for 20 days in stainless steel tanks. It contains no artificial additives: acidity is adjusted solely with the grape’s own must, resulting in a natural, fresh, and elegant vermouth.

It features citrus notes (lemon and chamomile) and a balanced bitterness from gentian, softened by wildflower honey added at the end of the process. The result is a vermouth with delicate honeyed and herbal tea-like aromas, ideal as an aperitif all year round, especially during the warmer months.

Its name pays tribute to the El Vicenç hotel, located in Cala Sant Vicenç (Pollença), and the label mirrors the red vermouth’s design, adapted to the natural tones of the hotel’s surroundings.
