• 1 bottle of EL VICENÇ WHITE VERMOUTH. With citrus notes of lemon, chamomile infusion, flower honey, and gentian.
• 1 bottle of RED WINE VINS DINS IV EDITION CA’N RIBAS. Organic red wine, 100% Mantonegro, made in collaboration with Bodegas Ribas from old vineyards on the Ca’n Ribas estate. Aged for 12 months in French oak. Intense, medium-bodied, flavourful, and full of personality.
A limited production of only 640 bottles.
• 2 bottles of SPARKLING WINE RAOR BRUT NATURE. Organic sparkling wine made from Prensal Blanc, created in collaboration with Lluís Armero and the RAOR team, aged for 16 months on lees. Dry, refreshing, and elegant.
A very limited edition of 500 bottles..
• 1 bottle of RED WINE ARBOIX. First vintage of this young red wine, light-bodied, ethereal, and with a Mallorcan soul. A personal project by sommelier Joan Arboix, made from native varieties Mantonegro, Escursac, Fogoneu, and Esperó de Gall from various towns in the Es Raiguer region.
Production of 655 bottles.
