• 3 bottles of SPARKLING WINE RAOR BRUT NATURE. An organic sparkling wine made from Prensal Blanc, crafted by Lluís Armero and aged for 16 months on lees. Dry, elegant, and with a fine, well-integrated bubble. A very limited edition of just 504 bottles.
• 1 bottle of RED WINE ARBOIX 2022. An organic red wine with a light profile, yet full of character and Mallorcan soul. A personal project by sommelier Joan Arboix, made with native varieties such as Mantonegro, Escursac, Fogoneu, and Esperó de Gall. Aged for 12 months in French oak. A limited production of 655 bottles.
